MCA Discharge Book & CoC Name Change

Any idea how to change my name on the above? Can't find any information anywhere!!

Hi Steve.All sounds a bit 'dodgy' to me ,mate-why on earth would you want to do that,unless you have forgery in mind?....,.But then perhaps you've changed your name by Deed Poll or something in ,which case contact the MCA with your Deed Poll cert. details.

Most of us here are from a different era and wouldn't know what an MCA Discharge Book is( I presume it's the Maritime and CoastGuard Agency equivalent of our old British/U.K Seaman's Discharge Book.)
COC is of course Certificate of Competency.Certainly you'd have to contact them for changing that.
