A Change of Prop
Friend of mine is master on one of NGSCO's LNG Carriers she has just been in dry dock in Dubai for a month?
I think she is about 15/16 years old by now. They have decided to try her out with a different type of propeller.33152679_10209398185110922_7753973633659174912_n.jpg

The design and use of propellors on ships has come a long way since the first ship had one.
With improvements in general ships design and technology they now have a greater effect on fuel efficiency.
