BP Fleet News Movements Lists 1974 to 1984
Not such a long shot! How about :
January 1979
July 1978
May 1978
August 1978
Only four for the period you are looking for but several from the early 70s (1970 to 1972)

Hi Chrisk,
I have the following Copies of Ships Movements 1974/84
1/74, 3/76, 9/77, 12/78, 7/79, 9/80, 12/81,10/82 and 1/84
You use an early BTC avatar( British Tanker company changed to BP Tanker Co around 1956), but sailed much later over a 10 years period?, what department?
