new liner FRANCE
Hello, just picked up my August model boats mag and it shows an artists impression of a new cruise liner,'FRANCE'. If you think todays megaboxes are ugly cop a butchers at this monstrosity. No sheer hull and two big apartment blocks stuck on top. It's effin criminal.

Use to think ships with-out funnels didn't look right the until I saw the new FRANCE (But can it fly?)

Ugliness may be only skin deep?
I bet in a real storm when she starts corkscrewing it will be quite disconcerting looking at one tower moving in the opposite direction to the other.It has to be one of the ugliest ships ever designed.
However I guess its what it looks like from the inside that counts for those who are going to sail on her.
