France hits the Jackpot
Beneath the soil of Folschviller, in the Moselle region, researchers have uncovered an astonishing 46 million tons of natural hydrogen. This unexpected find has the potential to reshape global energy strategies by providing a new source of carbon-free fuel.
World's largest hydrogen reserve found in France, $92 billion jackpot

A number have also been discovered off shore in some areas.

Re: France hits the Jackpot
John concerning the gas deposits in the USA, most of that will be Methane, especially when one considers the amount of crap coming from the White House
Thing is this what happens to the earth with all these mining and using gas deposits re gone. We will have solar and wind power also tidal power.
The earth will become like an egg just a shell and one day bang the earth will implode.

Re: France hits the Jackpot
James you may well be correct.
the rate at which minerals are being removed from this planet is a concern in my opinion.
Batteries that we are not sure can be recycled, wind farms in similar situation.
Deforestation in many parts though I do see the Amazon is being re seeded by drones flying over.
But with ever increasing numbers of people and lived stock to feed them it may come sooner than expected.

Re: France hits the Jackpot
Stand by for another world pandemic. Also with western nations slashing foreign aid( used for some bounder to pad out his swiss bank accounts) Hunger and famine will take care of several millions. Do not think a nuclear war will happen anytime soon as the fallout renders the land useless for years to come.
Yep a Pandemic is the way to go(as long as we have the vaccine ) USA will be an easy target especially seeing as Trump has picked Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to be his Department of Health and Human Services secretary.
With 54% tariffs imposed on China!!!!No doubt there will be another accidental relase of the new and improved Covid virus likely from Wuhan again

Don't be too sure about that James, there are certain nations and religions who do not care about the future state of the earth as they perceive that if they die in battle they immediately become martyrs and are guaranteed an afterlife filled with untold pleasures. You ain't going to change that belief!

Well then perhaps Iran should be dealt with sooner than later, but the thing is who going to be the dealer? Maybe Israel when they have finished ethnically cleansing Gaza. I am sure Donald will give the go ahead for that one.

Re: France hits the Jackpot
Then there are a number of small countries with so many internal problems they have no time to worry about the rest of us.
Could well end up eating each other in order to just survive.
