Your Liver has to recover itself. If you don't you will eventually have a serious Liver problem and could shorten your life. Not everyone can have a Liver transplant, depends on many things.
I only have a glass of wine with dinner on a Saturday and a glass of wine on a Sunday with Dinner.
As you get older the Liver cannot absorb the Alcohol the same as when we were younger.
My son is one of the Worlds Leading Liver Consultants. he keeps a check on me.

I had blood test a couple of weeks ago, No Diabetes, good, and Cholesterol 2.8 very good. so not too bad for my age.
At this time in life you have to be on top of it or it is curtains.

I find I bruise very easy the slightest knock some time wake up in the morning and my hands are black and blue I know its the blood meds but got to stay on them even a pinch and there another week with bruises ? taken something for one thing courses another ? jp
