out of hospital
last Sunday I had a massive heart attack died on the floor in front of my family I spent a week in coronary ward today I was fitted with six shunts in blockage of artery on vein in back of my heart I watched the proceeder from start to finish and I would like to thank the team that pulled me out of the shite although badly bruised will soon be back on deck and thank the private messages to the few that messaged me a real close call I could not thank the heart team that gave me my life back I was dead when the hospital staff go to me its a time to take things easy for a while and thanks to the NHS for a very close call a real close call for the staff and me I will be back soon again thanks to all and will soon be winding you lads back up? jp

Know too well what you went through JP had similar Years back and all went well,have not looked back since and feel terrific!
Lost a lot of Weight too which helps .
Glad that you are now back on the road to recovery,make sure you have plenty of Walking,but do not overdo it.
And keep the Blood Thin ,i only use half a Solprin each day now ,and it is wonderful,no side effects etc.
