I spent a year on the Stolt Stewart early seventies. Mostly on the Brazilian coast. Met my wife there and we are still married 37 years later.

Joined "Stuart Prince" January 1971 in SS DD during change over to Stolts as 2/0 and left in June 1971, I had my wife with me and all the staff were Prince Line people except for the master Capt Minty and his wife, ex-Royal Mail I believe Also served on her as a cadet under Capt J Gilzean in the mid early 1960's. Good ship. I remember the Chief Steward was Trevor Thackory, both times we went through a lot of C/0s.
