New law in tasmania
This article was on ABC news site on Wednesday.
Is it just me who thinks this is just SO wrong. Maybe i'm just the wrong generation.
Tasmania makes gender optional on birth certificates after Liberal crosses floor
Key points
Parents in Tasmania won't have to list a gender on birth certificates
16-year-olds and older will be able to change their registered births
Transgender campaigner Martine Delaney says the change "will save lives”
Tasmania's transgender community is celebrating after landmark reforms to make gender optional on birth certificates passed their last parliamentary hurdle.
Key points
Parents in Tasmania won't have to list a gender on birth certificates
16-year-olds and older will be able to change their registered births
Transgender campaigner Martine Delaney says the change "will save lives"
Tasmania's Lower House passed the Marriage Amendments Bill on Wednesday, after Liberal speaker Sue Hickey voted with the Opposition parties to allow debate.
The legislation had already been ticked off by the Legislative Council, but the government had sought to delay bringing on the bill in the Lower House for its final debate.
The Government has opposed the amendments since last year, saying the Bill was hijacked by Labor and the Greens, was sloppily drafted, and could have unintended consequences.
The legislation makes gender on birth certificates optional, and removes the requirement for transgender people to have surgery in order to have their gender recognised.
It also allows people aged 16 years or older to apply to change their registered gender without parental approval, and clarifies laws that protect the right of an individual to express their gender without discrimination.

Have to agree with you Trevor, just another example of how minority views gain precedence over the majority norm.
Here in the u.k. have a look at this.

At that time, back in Europe, the lower classes were heavily exploited and abused by the ruling classes also, it just happened to be a better business case abusing and exploiting black people.
People of other countries are being exploited currently by their own kind and outsiders have cottoned to and joined in the exploitation of cheap labour in those areas as well.

My great Aunt Emilly was exploited by the white people, but no one cares because she was also a white girl,
In the 1881 Census, she is described as a Coal Miner, age EIGHT YEARS OLD.

Re: New law in tasmania
Hi Trevor.
It happened in Tasmania, enough said. This is the place where they got rid of the last aboriginals to live there.
Even worse is the story of Israel Filou one of the best rugby players Australia has had and have, as a Christian he made a comment that certain people will go to Hell, and as one of the biggest sponsors to the rugby is one of those he cast into some imaginary place; he threatened to refuse sponsorship, consequently the rugby union has torn up Filou's contract, the money being more important than winning games. After the vote here for LGBT was passed the Govt said there would be safeguards for Christians and free speech apparently there is none. Australian rugby is struggling, it will be even more so now.

Lunatics taking over the asylum, mate they now own the bloody place.
But Tassie is a bit odd compared with Australia, most it is said are born with two heads but one is removed at birth.
But being genderless does have advantages.
If you do not know your gender, you can use either toilet and no one can complain, go to a female only gym, a male only club.
Have your hair done in either hairdressers, drink in a ladies only bar.
But best of all you can play mixed doubles tennis on your own.

Happy daze John in Oz.

A teacher here in England has had Death Threats from the isl amic community and has to have a police escort to school, because the school is teaching FOUR YEAR OLD kids about Lesbians, Homosexuals and Cross Genders.
These PC Perverts are warping innocent childrens lives.
It is time we all stood up against these perverts.
