It had to happen sooner or later!
The Scottish Maritime Museum, based in Irvine Ayrshire, is a charitable organization.
Over the past few months some people have scratched out the words she or her on signs relating to ships or ships artifacts in the museum's possession.
The Director of the organization stated we are a small organization that has limited funds and we cannot afford to replace expensive signs.
In future the museum will refer to ships as gender neutral and will refer to them as "IT".
This act confines years of maritime history to the bin.

PS you couldn't make it up if you tried, so again the minority dictate to the majority.

Re: It had to happen sooner or later!
Society is overwhelmed by interconnected morons sporting smartphones and opinions; opinions that amount to 'look at me, am I not worthy of attention? My views over-rule yours, and you must all conform.' And so we do - just to get a bit of peace. Ignorant, ill-informed and Juvenile they are.

Hi Vic.
Untrained, uneducated in life morons who when they reach [if they ever do] our age will be no different from when they first peered out of the womb. We have people committing suicide because they are all alone, their all alone with their mobiles. I watched a family having dinner, the father?? was on his mobile the two daughters on theirs, the mother just looking at them and shaking her head, the answer was in her sight.

Re: It had to happen sooner or later!
Minorities only do as they do because they are allowed by society to do so.
If the people took a stronger stand against them maybe this would not be the case.
The problem with them all is that they consider they are right and all others wrong.
That is until at some time hey suddenly find that they are in a minority for some reason, then they will shout injustice.
They want the best of both worlds.

Happy daze John in Oz.
Life is too short to blend in.
