Re: Missing Person Ronald Larry Lane
[QUOTE=Keith at Tregenna;314790]Thanks for the update Greg.
Hi to all those persons who have been following the saga of Ronald Hector Lambert Sharpe (aka Ronald Larry Lane & Roland Hector Sharpe). There has been little progress on this story since my last post although my cousin Joy has been in contact with her half cousins from Ronald's siblings.
One of her cousins (who has died) lived in Adelaide very close to where Joy has lived all her life & we were sent her obituary which indicates that she was quite a girl. There was some sadness that the family information was too late in coming.
However, nobody in Ronald's family had any information on him, although some had heard of the name. He obviously disappeared from his family as well as all his other relationships.
The search is on the low burner now. The only way we are going to get anything new is if there is a DNA connection with someone in the USA which leads us to the next phase.
May I wish all on this site a very happy, healthy & prosperous new year.
regards,
Greg Veitch
