Finding great uncle- James “Jim” Hill
Hi
I have been looking for my paternal great uncle for many years. He was born in Barrow-In-Furness, in England in 1931. His name is James “Jim” Hill and he served in the Merchant Navy between 1952 and 1957. He then emigrated to New Zealand. His mother Annie Hill followed him over in 1961 and they settled in Wellington. I’m looking for Jim as my dad and uncle would love to meet him. I’m hoping he is still alive. If anyone knows Jim or where I could possibly look to find him I would really appreciate some help.
Many thanks
Steph
