Service with Shell
Hi Mick
I left Shell towards the end of 1974; my last trip was on the Medora. This was just before you joined by the sound of it. I enjoyed myself with Shell on H Boats and V Boats but Supertankers just didn't do it for me. I spent the rest of my time at sea on general cargo ships.

Hi Mick if my memory serves me well I was your 2cook on on the chatty natty as she was affectionately known, unfortunately you had to leave the ship early (too much drink i think) leaving me to run the galley single handed for a while until Bernie Harwin finally replaced you.i hope you're still checking the website I've only recently come across it so will be interested to see if it turns up any more old friends from my seafaring days
