    Default Morals

Another offshoot from titles such as how things have changed could have accompanied Morals as well. We are today at least two different
types of peoples with different aspects on life, some of us too old to give up our own outlook on life. The best example of this is the
female of the species who in my upbringing we were taught to respect. WW2 was the start of the change when women were obliged
To go out and do a man’s work. This was the start of what we have today and that is the career woman , and the arguments
between the sexes which is mostly there through competition A man in my time was and did if he was any sort of man look after
his family, and the female was the home keeper and looking after the well being of any children produced and all lived happily ever after.
Today greed in a lot of cases has set in and as they say money is the root of all evil. Big fancy homes are expected by all parties
and the welfare of any children is put upon the taxpayer to support the upbringing of any young ones. It seems to me
That the outlook of young women to day is the saying to their spouse “ what’s yours is mine, and what’s mine is my own,”
Instead of sharing their worldly wealth and hardships if they have any. Today on the other hand we have the macho man
Or wife beater living in a world of his own and looked down upon certainly by me and any man with any sort of backbone.
Things have not got better as regards human behaviour in my lifetime , and I prefer old morals to what some call old fashioned.

    Hi John.
Looks like people are starting to wake up in regards to a few things. The High Court in Britain has barred trans women from using women's facilities. And I think it was Romania that has stopped gay parades.
But the increasing number of Gay men in Aus is a worry, there is one program, Tipping Point ,where just about every afternoon there is a gay bloke with some in the audience to support him on most days. I think it is a Melbourne program so John had better be careful.

#2 Des Homosexuality has always been there through the ages , the Church itself formerly preached against it , and now to all intents and purposes they have shown little adverse commentary to the same , showing a poor light to others . It was nearly always evident in some form or other on ships but handled as saw fit . Today the gay Mardi Gras in Sydney usually attended by among others politcians sends a strong message to the younger generation that it is the correct Way to handle sex , and in most cases is absolutely wrong , marriage is between a man and a woman and should never be otherwise as is said in the scriptures and formerly the church. There will always be homosexuals but they certainly aren’t heroes as made out to youngsters , just poor people born with a huge weight around their neck who should seek counselling to see if can be cured and if not seek a quiet life style., JS

Here in Oz we must have one of the largest collations of gay persons both male and female.
Most claim they are discriminated against or left out by society.

We have more gay pride marches than you can poke a stick at often with heads of some department or other leading the parade.
Her in Melbourne it is often the chief of police.

We have gay pride footy rounds, and gay pride just about every thing.
One of our town halls in a country region has the 'Rainbow colors' painted all around the building grounds.

But as to 'normal' people it is now the go that the women give birth and the state cares for the child so mum can go back to work.

Child minding benefits make it easy so the parents can live the life style they want, not care for the kids as they should.

Result, more kids in trouble with police and ending up on bail waiting to be charged.
    Happy daze John in Oz.

It seems to be the norm recently for those with differing persuasions to be 'brave' and emerge from the shadows, be it sports persons, back bench politicians (either gender)and 'b' list celebrities. Just wondering whether there may be one or two aboard here who might be 'brave' enough to emerge from the chain locker.

Often heard the words any port in a storm and/or better s than c . But was mostly derogatory never hung around to find out. Most that way inclined kept it to themselves . However it was illegal , the first step, out of the shadows was it was legal to consenting adults. Today it seems even that taboo is out the window . In 1981 saw three matelots off the Royal yacht in Portsmouth on the other side of the basin coming ashore under armed guard for being caught at it, they were discharged from the navy I believe. How times have changed.JS

As the old saying goes and still relevant today. The world is full of C@#$ because here in Oz we have all the poofs.
That's the way the mop flops.

Can remember an old saying at sea saying 'it's OK until they make it compulsory'. We could be headed that way ?

From the number of 'gay' anything such as marches special footy matches etc I would think here in Oz with a population of just over 27 million we must have the highest 'Gay' person per capita of any 'normal' country.
Getting to the point where ' normal;, and that can be interpreted so many ways, are in the minority!!!!
